Dear Mr. Dinesh Perera,
My daughter-in-law and my son gave me the Spice Blending Collection
for my birthday. I absolutely love it. And you are right, it has
opened horizons and enlightened my palate. I made many of the recipes
that were included with the collection. I do love the Tandoori
Chicken. (But I have to admit I lessened the amount of cayenne. Timid
western palate) I have always been fond of curry and spicy foods but
have rarely made them. I also found a cookbook by Madhur Jaffery called
Quick and Easy Indian Cooking. Of course it called for many of the
spices that I now own.
In short, thank you very much. This of course also shows how clever my children are....
