Coriander Seeds (Coriandrum sativum)

The seed of the Cilantro plant popular in Mexican cuisine, the seeds have a lemony citrus flavor. This spice, along with Cumin is the main ingredient in many Spice blends throughout India and Sri Lanka. 

Best used when the seeds are freshly ground, coriander seed is often dry roasted prior to milling.
